This ram portrait was taken on the West Creek Ranch close to my home. The rams would stay up in the high ground but could be seen by glassing. For several days I would climb to where they were in an effort to photograph them. For the first few weeks I came back empty handed because they must have thought I was a hunter. Eventually they realized I was no threat to them and allowed me to get a few images
